Pollokshield is the area where most of the 1400 people surveyed by Compare My Move decided to rent a flat or buy a home between January and December 2025. The data collected by the company showed that more than 5% of those asked made the Southside area their new home. Next on the list were Hillhead, Partick, East Kilbride and Cambuslang.
