PEOPLE IN FINGLAS are paying tribute to 16-year-old Grace Lynch who died after a scrambler crashed into her near her home in Dublin on Sunday. Houses in the estate where she lived have been covered in red ribbons – her favourite colour – to honour the teenager. Grace was brought to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown where she later died from her injuries. The court heard how Grace was at a pedestrian crossing when a motorbike travelled through the lights as they turned red, followed by a second bike which hit Grace.
