THE NSPCA WICKLOW has thanked a “vigilant member of the public” for their role in the safe return of a dog that was stolen from its premises. NSPCA Wicklow paid a special thanks to a “vigilant member of the public who spotted her and contacted Bray Garda Station”. The animal charity also thanked local gardaí and the NSPCA Inspectorate team “who acted quickly to ensure she was safely recovered and returned to our care”.
