ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 17-year-old girl was arrested after being accused of shooting a 17-year-old boy on Hollenbeck Street earlier this month. On Wednesday, police say they learned the suspect was in a ride-share car on the west side of Rochester. They say officers found the car in the area of Mount Read Boulevard and Jay Street, where they stopped the car and took the suspect into custody. The 17-year-old girl was charged with attempted murder, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon.
