ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 40-year-old man is headed to prison after pleading guilty to attempted enticement of a minor. Prosecutors say between February and March of 2025, Tony Rodriguez had sexual conversations online with someone he believed to be an 11-year-old girl. Rodriguez was actually talking with a member of the community group “Predator Poaches,” which exposes child predators. According to prosecutors, Rodriguez had planned to meet the 11-year-old at the Fairport Public Library. When he got there, he was confronted by the community group member.
