The fashion designer and author, 40, spoke with Spread the Jelly and candidly opened up about her struggles with infertility.
"I don't think motherhood looks like what I imagined," Port shared.
"I'm trying to come to a place of acceptance with having one child, because I haven't been able to get pregnant with a second," she continued.
Port said she and her husband have been trying for seven years to grow their family.
Port said her surrogate was then pregnant for 11 weeks, but they ended up losing the pregnancy.
