The 35-second clip, first reported by NBC10 Philadelphia, was recorded Monday, Jan. 26 — one day after more than nine inches of snow blanketed the city.
In the footage, a sanitation truck can be seen traveling down Allegheny Avenue in the Kensington neighborhood while heavy snow is pushed toward cars parked along the curb.
As the truck moves forward, the unidentified driver can be heard making a string of profanity-laced remarks.
