A spokesperson for the Clark County Coroner's Office confirmed to PEOPLE that she died in Henderson, Nev., on Jan. 27. Following her death, Raine’s organization has received an uptick in donations, Raine’s daughter, Danielle Williams, told PEOPLE. She encouraged those who wanted to support her to donate to the organization directly. The organization also offers makeovers to women in the community to transform the way the public views the homeless community.
