His latest position, perhaps from seeing that most North Dakota children are already well-fed, has hence morphed from feeding hungry kids to obliging them to eat more healthily. For instance, how will the allegedly hungry kids be fed during summers and Christmas holidays? He then argues that letting taxpayers cover families' food costs will increase their disposable income. Not just wealthy families will be subsidized by the free meals but all the state's families as well, most of which don't need it.
