MINOT, N.D. — Norsk Høstfest, the largest celebration of Scandinavian culture in North America, is calling it quits. Dozens of vendors will have goods to sell at Norsk Høstfest. As Epic was facing — and later filed for — bankruptcy in ’24, Høstfest split from the company and regained management. “Our Høstfest board will be more hands-on this year as we work on planning, promoting and managing the festival. And we’ll find the best possible staffing solutions for this year’s event,” said John Mackner, Norsk Høstfest Association president, when announcing the split from EPIC in 2024.
