MINOT — In December it was announced that the F5 Project would be receiving a $205,652 grant through the Cass County Jail as part of the state of North Dakota's "Breaking the Cycle" program.
Now Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner is backtracking on the grant amid reports of questionable financial practices by the Fargo-based organization.
IRS regulations require nonprofits to have at least three board members.
In her email, Mueller indicates that the F5 Project currently has a half-dozen board members.
Among my inquiries to F5, which have gone unanswered, is a request for the names of these board members.
