NY weather: Extreme cold warning affecting Oneida County until Friday morning – dangerous wind chills expected

On Thursday at 12:15 p.m. an extreme cold warning was released by the National Weather Service valid from 7 p.m. until Friday 10 a.m. for Oneida County.
"Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 degrees below expected," explains the weather service.
