Chennai: Three persons were arrested for sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman working at Nandanam Government Arts and Science College at multiple locations in the college and a lodge for some time. The arrested included Muthuselvam, who is running a canteen inside the college besides Gunasekaran and Karthikeyan. The woman belonging to Ariyalur, in her complaint, said she was sexually assaulted at several places in the college including the canteen, other parts of the college and a lodge for some time. The police registered a case and arrested the criminals after the charges were proved in the investigation. The enquiries showed that one of the accused Muthuselvam brought the woman from Ariyalur and got her a job in the canteen.
