(ABC 6 News) — Students were dismissed early at Osage Community Schools on Thursday. According to a letter from the district, fire alarms went off during first period at the middle school/high school building. Students were evacuated, and smoke was seen coming out of a middle school laundry room. Evacuated students were taken into the CRC. The district said cleanup is underway, and as a result, there will be no school on Friday, January 30.
