The Park Rapids City Council approved a final plat for the Heartland Heights subdivision on Tuesday, Jan. 27. Second, a third-party surveyor must review the final plat to verify that it meets state requirements. With these caveats, Oleson said the Park Rapids Planning Commission recommended approval of the final plat. Council member Liz Stone made a motion to approve the final plat, and the motion passed 4-0, absent council member Joe Christensen.
