The Dormaahene, Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Dr Agyemang Badu II, has fulfilled a pledge made in 2025 by rewarding the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) valedictorian, Ms Jennifer Addae, with a brand-new Toyota Levin Hybrid and a cash prize of GH¢5,000. The presentation took place at a brief ceremony held at the Regional Centre for Energy and Environmental Sustainability (RCEES) on the UENR campus in Sunyani. He noted that Ms Addae’s achievement embodies the values of hard work, intellectual brilliance and leadership, urging students of UENR and young people across the country to remain focused on academic excellence.
