Joe Willard Clifford, 80, Churubusco, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026, at home. He was born Aug. 11, 1945, in Fort Wayne. On Nov. 10, 1963, he married Judy Frazier, who preceded him in death in 2024. He is survived by two sons, Michael (Stephani) Clifford and Brian Clifford; a brother, Arthur (Jane) Clifford; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren. Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco, is handling arrangements.
