Specialist lender SDKA has appointed James Holehouse (pictured) as its sixth underwriter in preparation for a busier year. He joins from real estate investment firm Salboy, where he was development manager for around six years. At SDKA, Holehouse will report to Alex Swan, deputy head of underwriting. Kunal Mehta, managing director of SDKA, said: “Service is everything, and to constantly meet our service level agreements we need a team that is focused on people. “James has a proven track record in the specialist finance market and a personality that fits right in with the SDKA ethos.
