Mortgage servicer and outsourcer Target Group has promoted Tracey Thomas to senior growth lead. Thomas will play a “pivotal part in driving revenue”, focusing on new recurring revenue from existing clients, as well as engaging with “senior stakeholders across client organisations”. Thomas has been with the team since 2021, initially joining as a commercial team lead before becoming head of procurement in 2022. “Target has a solid foundation of expertise and client relationships, and I am committed to helping the team deliver even greater value while maintaining the high standards we have always upheld.”Pete O’Connor, chief executive of Target Group, said: “It’s great to see Tracey Thomas promoted to senior growth lead. “In this new role, Tracey will help accelerate our revenue growth and help us strengthen our leading position in mortgage servicing and outsourcing.”
