VOORHEESVILLE, N.Y. (WNYT) – An 87-year-old man from Voorheesville is accused of possessing child pornography. State Police said Ronald E. Eberhard had images consistent with child exploitation. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Eberhard was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in New Scotland Town Court on Feb. 5.
