INDIANAPOLIS – Humane World for Animals, formally known as the Humane Society of the United States, will host a special event, Beagles and Bagels, during which local animal shelter and rescue leaders can connect with Indiana legislators in support of HB 1203, Sunny’s Research Adoption Bill. Sunny and another survivor from the breeding facility, which was operated by Indianapolis-based Envigo, will be present at Beagles and Bagels along with representatives from Humane Indiana in Munster and Humane Fort Wayne.
