By: Naneka HoffmanMonrovia, January 29, 2026: UNICEF, in partnership with the Government of Liberia and SHALOM Inc., has celebrated the graduation of 750 adolescents who successfully completed vocational skills training under the Let Us Learn Programme (LUL). The Let Us Learn Programme promotes equitable access to quality education, skills development, and safe learning environments for children and adolescents across Liberia. This year’s graduation is particularly significant as it coincides with the programme’s 15th anniversary of implementation across five countries: Liberia, Madagascar, Nepal, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh. Speaking during the graduation ceremony in New Kru Town, UNICEF Liberia Representative Mr. Andrew Brooks commended the Government of Liberia and implementing partners for their unwavering commitment to adolescents, especially girls. She further underscored that the Let Us Learn Programme and the Government ARREST Agenda place adolescents at the center of national transformation.
