Winnipeg police say a 32-year-old man was arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting a child during private music lessons over the course of more than three years.
The Winnipeg Police Service says the child reported being sexually assaulted at a home on Nairn Avenue between January 2022 and July 2025.
Police were notified in July.
On Tuesday, Jett Russel Panganiban was arrested charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.
The allegations have not been tested in court.
