The Level IV Trauma designation formally recognizes and confirms that the Fraser Campus, opened in June 2025, has the people, training, equipment and processes in place to rapidly evaluate and stabilize injured patients, according to Middle Park Health Marketing Coordinator Kelsey Life. “We’re excited for the community to know that high-quality trauma care is available right here in Fraser,” Middle Park Health Trauma Medical Director Dr. Michelle Lupica said in the release. It is part of a broader network of Middle Park Health campuses, including the Kremmling Campus, which was Colorado’s first Level IV Trauma Center, and the Granby Campus, which also holds the Level IV designation.
