Interstate Personnel Services (IPS), which runs a family of employee-owned trucking companies, has announced CEO Dave Gibbs will retire Feb. 1 after eight years at the helm. He’ll be replaced by James Langley, who brings 35 years of experience in leading large truckload carriers. IPS runs trucking firms including Paschall Truck Lines, Paschall Logistics, Paschall Trailer Leasing, Transport Distribution Company, IPS Leasing and J&R Schugel. “Dave served the employee-owners of IPS for the past eight years with his people-first beliefs. IPS became employee-owned in 2013 and its businesses provide one-way, dedicated, regional, longhaul, logistics, refrigerated and equipment leasing services in the United States and Mexico.
