Schneider National announced that Jim Filter will take over as the company’s president and chief executive officer this summer. Mark Rourke, who has been Schneider’s president and CEO since 2019, will move into the role of executive chairman of the board effective July 1, 2026. Filter, who is currently an executive vice president and group president of transportation and logistics, will take over and join the company’s board of directors following his transition.
