The heart-shaped diamond pendant was originally crafted by Cartier and gifted to Taylor in 1972 by her then-husband Richard Burton for her 40th birthday. She posed alongside her Wuthering Heights co-star Jacob Elordi — who matched her elegant look — as the film’s gothic reimagining drew a stylish, star-studded crowd to its premiere.
