THREE people have been charged following the recovery of drugs with an estimated street value of £160,000 in Greenock. Officers from Inverclyde Priority Policing Team on routine patrol stopped a vehicle on Quarrier Street on Tuesday. A quantity of cocaine was recovered, along with £41,940 in cash. Sergeant Gary Arthur, Inverclyde Priority Policing Team, said: “This significant recovery highlights our ongoing efforts to rid our communities of dangerous and illegal drugs.
