Disney+ recently announced that the new animated series “Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord” will premiere on the platform this April. While we’ve seen Disney+ release various Star Wars animated shows (including the Star Wars: Visions anthology series), this upcoming one is potentially one of the most exciting projects, at least for long-time Star Wars fans. After all, it features the fan-favorite, Darth Maul, and it takes place after the events of the Clone Wars. The final two episodes will fittingly be released on the biggest Star Wars holiday, May the 4th.
