Investigation showed that a subject purchased tires from the business using a credit card on two occasions, 11-11-25 and again on 11-13-25. The credit card transactions were found to be fraudulent. On 12-29-25, a NPPD officer responded to a business located in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive regarding a reported theft. The credit card transactions were found to be fraudulent. The suspect identified in the thefts was Guillermo Goytia-Avitia age 57 of North Platte.
