WARREN, Ohio – Today in Flashback, Savannah Moss, collections and research manager for the Trumbull County Historical Society, tells the story of the Warren Civic Music Association, the oldest community arts organization in Trumbull County. Founded in 1937, the volunteer-run nonprofit has presented more than 425 concerts over 85 years and remains a fixture in the county’s cultural landscape.
