MINSK, 29 January (BelTA) - Measures taken to ensure the territorial integrity and security of Belarus’ state border were analyzed at an expanded board meeting summarizing the work of the border agency in 2025, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
Chairman of the State Border Committee Konstantin Molostov noted that the results of the border services’ work in 2025 received positive assessment during a recent report to the president.
These measures are stipulated to ensure Belarus’ territorial integrity, as part of fulfilling tasks under the Development of Border Security of the Union State program.
Authorities have also increased the staffing levels of several other border units operating in the south.
