On January 27, 2026, around 11:32 PM, deputies from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported burglary in progress at Big Horn Drive. Next to the men was a black Under Armour duffle bag containing various burglary tools, including a Ryobi Sawzall, crowbar, sledgehammer, tin snips (marked with “B. Rector faced charges of aggravated burglary, possession of burglary tools, and two counts of violation of probation (with existing felony warrants). Snyder was charged with aggravated burglary, possession of burglary tools, and vandalism. Both had bonds set—$25,000 for aggravated burglary each, plus additional amounts—and court dates in March 2026.
