Mrs. Mary Jo Smith, 68, of the Sidonia community passed away 8:10 p.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Mary Jo was born May 4, 1957, in Tiptonville, daughter of the late Charlie Edward and Mary Katherine (Scott) Reynolds. Mary Jo was a loving mom and awesome Nanny. She was also preceded in death one son, Jamie Smith; four brothers, Jackie Reynolds, Terry Reynolds, James Reynolds and Willilam Reynolds; and one sister, Linda Nichols.
