Indianapolis murder case concludes with final suspect’s convictionINDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears announced Thursday that 19-year-old Joaquin Harmon-Segura was convicted of murder following his role in the March 2024 killing of 25-year-old Addam Hart. Gibson pleaded guilty to conspiracy to comment murder. According to the Hart’s mother, who was inside the home, the family had just gone to bed when gunshots were fired into the home, hitting Hart. Hart’s mother told investigators the family had only recently moved in. During an interview with investigators, Harmon admitted to the shooting and stated he had “fiend to do it.”Harmon’s sentencing is scheduled for February 17th.
