Man arrested for drug possession after Howard County traffic stopKOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) — A 61-year-old man from Russiaville, Indiana, was arrested for drug possession after a traffic stop in Howard County on Saturday. During the traffic stop, the trooper identified the driver as William Douglas Whitman Jr., 61, of Russiaville. Whitman had active warrants out of Howard County and was taken into custody. Whitman was arrested and preliminarily charged with four counts of dealing in methamphetamine, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
