Cultivating Community, Conserving the Basin’s third phase concerns growth management policies and will have a public scoping meeting on February 11. During public comment, there was generally support for the Phase 3 amendments now that the market rate housing language has been removed from it. Amelia Richmond also expressed support for affordable by design housing and potential interest in detached condominiums. Senior TRPA Planner Jacob Stock presented the notice on the Phase 3 housing amendments to the board, noting that the public scoping period would include a public meeting on February 11.
