In Allen County, dinner will be served from 4 to 6 p.m. at 201 S. Court St. in Scottsville. As of Thursday afternoon, the VH Dream Center says The Salvation Army will also be set up at the Scottsville Fire Department Station Two Thursday and Friday. The Salvation Army says it currently has four mobile kitchen units deployed across Kentucky and Tennessee, 17 trained disaster personnel on site and a partnership with Southern Baptist Disaster Relief, whose field kitchen is preparing meals.
