Criminal PossessionThe latest BCSO report listed Noemi Santos from Binghamton, charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, following a traffic stop in the Village of Johnson City. Jacob Crowley of Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union. As a result of a larceny investigation in the Town of Fenton, Matthew Hartman of Maine, New York, was charged with petit larceny.
