Update: Michael Cody Solomon was arrested by Patrick County Sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday without incident. He is being held at the Patrick County jail without bond. On Saturday, January 24th, the Patrick County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the Stuart Community Hospital about a patient who had arrived at the emergency room with a gunshot wound. Solomon arrived first at the scene, in a black SUV.
