Leadville couple keeps it in the family with Tennessee Pass Nordic sale
['Tauna Lockhart']

Tennessee Pass Nordic Center at Ski Cooper outside of Leadville has new(ish) owners.
The Denver Post reports the founders, Ty and Roxanne Hall, recently formed a partnership group with five other local couples.
This partnership purchased the Nordic center late last year.
After three decades of growing their center – purchased in 1993 for $5,000 – the Halls initially meant to retire but found it hard to let go.
What better way to remain involved AND enjoy a taste of retirement, than to run the operation with their friends?
