Glenwood - Joe Sherrill Barnett, 88, of Glenwood passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Princeton Health Care Center. Born January 2, 1938 in Sandlick, WV, he was the son of the late Sherrill Glen Barnett and Nellie Edith Smith Barnett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Reverend Mark Barnett; brother, David Barnett; and sister, Saundra Barnett. Joe was an active member of Carr Methodist Church in Glenwood, where he was a member of the Methodist Men. Joe is survived by his wife, Barbara Stovall Barnett of Princeton; one son, Gregory Barnett of Princeton; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
