Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf announced Thursday, Jan. 29, that Jaden Pagan was arrested Wednesday morning in New York City by the U.S. Marshals Service over an October 2021 homicide case. He has since pled guilty and is pending sentencing, the DA’s office said in a press release. The DA’s office said that efforts to locate Pagan remained unsuccessful and that local police requested assistance from the Marshals Service. New information in the past month obtained by county and city detectives helped marshals locate and arrest Pagan.
