The lawsuit described how he created a Snapchat network which included many other Saint Ann’s students and other young people from private schools in Brooklyn. In June 2024, Nguyen was arrested outside of Saint Ann’s after the two girls went to police. Saint Ann’s is favoured by celebrities, artists and Wall Street executives and charges an eyewatering $60,000 for tuition.
