['Alex Mazurek']

Outgoing Peter Feigin, president of the Milwaukee Bucks, joined Wisconsin’s Midday News after being honored with Milwaukee’s key to the city and multiple proclamations.
Feigin reflected on his 12-year tenure, pointing to relationships, community impact, and the transformation sparked by Fiserv Forum, the Deer District, and the Bucks’ championship run.
He called the moment emotional and humbling, crediting ownership, staff, city leaders, and players, especially Giannis Antetokounmpo, who attended the ceremony.
Feigin described Giannis’ presence as deeply meaningful, noting their shared growth over more than a decade and calling the star player central to the franchise’s success on and off the court.
He said his hope is that this era is remembered for embedding the Bucks into the fabric of the community and building lasting emotional ties between the team, the city, and its fans.
