As we previously reported, the former professional basketball player was busted in Las Vegas earlier this month for driving under the influence. According to TMZ, cops claimed Lamar raced past a police cruiser in a black SUV at 106 MPH at around 2:00 a.m. on January 17. Before pulling him over, they witnessed the car change lanes without using turn signals and then use turn signals without changing lanes. The police eventually asked Lamar to exit the vehicle. At that point, cops asked him again if he smoked that day, and he owned up to it.
