According to Ben, the issues began in June last year and earlier this month resulted in no water supply to his home.
"At times, we’re having to chase them for bottled water, which is not right as it's one of the main amenities."
Responding to Ben's issues, a Severn Trent spokesperson said the company delivered bottled water to 67 properties during the outages.
"These customers received bottled water from us, and any customers where the water may have been affected were proactively contacted as part of our usual process.
