Owned and managed by Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA), the project offers affordable and sustainable homes with "excellent" transport links, developers said. ‌"For example, you can buy a 50 per cent share for £110,000 and pay £252.08 per month in rent on the remaining share. A five per cent deposit on this 50 per cent share would be £5,500." Delivering 90 high quality affordable homes, both for rent and shared ownership is a major boost for Melton."
