A stretch of Interstate 90 roughly 10 miles in length is set to do away with definitive speed limits in favor of a new variable speed limit (VSL) system. From Tilford to Sturgis, South Dakota drivers can expect to see digital speed limit signs and other infrastructure key to the system installed.
