The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is reminding the public that registration is now open for the Run for the Trees: Happy Little 5K. The virtual race is inspired by artist Bob Ross, with proceeds supporting tree planting and forest health efforts across Wisconsin. Race packets begin shipping in March, and those who want guaranteed delivery before race dates should register by April 1.
